POLICIES S H I P P I N G Please allow 2 business days for processing of orders. Orders will ship via USPS Ground, but faster shipping is available at your(customers) expense. Please specify shipping choice in the comment box prior to placing your order, otherwise the package will be shipped via Standard USPS ground. At the present time we do not ship internationally .

R E T U R N S & E X C H A N G E S If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by clicking the chat with us button in the lower right hand corner or by emailing us at info@jewelenvy.net . We will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition.

C U S T O M If you would like a custom order or you would like something that is out of stock, please contact us by clicking the chat with us button in the lower right hand corner or email us at info@jewelenvy.net . For custom orders please allow for a 2-3 week turn around time as these custom items are handmade by my bench jeweler. There will be a required NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on all custom items.
